Cookie Policy
This page explains the cookies and browser local storage Auziplan uses, and the choices you have.

What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We also use your browser's local storage to keep certain data, such as in-progress plan drafts and your accepted cookie preference, on your own device.
Categories we use
See the table below for the categories of cookies and local storage we use and why.
Your choices
When you first visit Auziplan, you can choose "Accept all" to allow preference and analytics cookies, or "Essential only" to allow only what is required for the app to function. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for Auziplan, which will show the cookie banner again.
| Category | Examples | Purpose | Can be disabled? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential / session | Authentication session, security tokens, CSRF protection | Required to sign you in, keep your session secure, and let the app function at all. | No — required for the service to work |
| Preference | Theme (light/dark), sidebar/layout preferences | Remembers your display preferences between visits. | Yes |
| Local storage — plan drafts | In-progress plan builder data | Stores unsaved plan-builder inputs locally in your browser so you don't lose progress if a page reloads before autosave completes. | Not user-toggleable, but stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie |
| Analytics (if enabled) | Aggregated, privacy-conscious product usage analytics | Helps us understand which features are used so we can improve the product. Only loaded if you accept non-essential cookies. | Yes |
These pages are drafted and maintained by the Auziplan team. They describe our current practices in plain language and are reviewed periodically as the product evolves.
