Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Auziplan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Auziplan on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to: misuse the service to store or transmit unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data; reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service without our written consent; or use AI-generation features to create misleading, infringing or unlawful content.

Free plan: you may create and maintain one active business plan, with access to core planning and dashboard tools. PDF export is not available on the Free plan.

Pro plan: unlimited business plans and full access to the planning suite, including dashboards, industry benchmarks, exit analysis, branding, unlimited PDF report exports, and My Blog — your own business blog with shareable published posts (see section 14).

We may adjust plan features and limits from time to time; material reductions in paid-plan functionality will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor using the card details you provide directly to that processor. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances. Failed payments may result in your account being downgraded to the Free plan.

Auziplan and its underlying software, design and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, you retain ownership of the business content and data you input into your plans, and you grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate marketing copy, pitch narrative or other text based on the information you provide. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, generic or require editing, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything generated before you rely on or publish it.

Auziplan provides illustrative financial modelling tools. All projections, benchmarks, statutory-rate estimates and dashboards are for planning and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, investment or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making business, financial or investment decisions.

The business information you enter — targets, margins, pricing, supplier terms, salaries, funding structure and any documents you generate — remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.

We undertake to keep it confidential: we will not sell it, disclose it to third parties for their own purposes, use it to train AI models, or publish it. We disclose plan content only where you direct us to (for example, by inviting a collaborator), where our subprocessors need to process it to deliver the service to you, or where we are compelled to by law.

You may export your plans at any time (PDF export is a Pro feature) and may request deletion of your account and content as set out in the Privacy Policy.

When you invite a collaborator you are authorising disclosure of that plan to the invited email address, and you confirm you have the right to share the information it contains. You are responsible for who you invite, for the role you grant them, and for revoking access when it is no longer appropriate. We are not responsible for what a collaborator you invited does with information you chose to give them.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, pose a security risk, or remain inactive with unresolved billing issues for an extended period.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on projections generated within the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Pro subscribers can write their own business blog posts inside Auziplan ("My Blog"). A post stays a private draft until you mark it as published. Publishing creates a read-only public link (auziplan.com/stories/<token>) that anyone holding the link can open without an Auziplan account. Treat publishing as making the content public: do not include confidential figures, personal data about others, or anything you are not free to disclose.

You own the posts you write and remain solely responsible for their content, including accuracy, third-party rights, and any claims, offers or financial statements made in them. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and serve your published posts so the share link works. Posts you write are yours and are not part of the Auziplan editorial blog; we do not review, endorse or promote them.

Unpublishing or deleting a post disables its link. Copies already downloaded, cached, screenshotted or re-shared by others are outside our control. Share links are unguessable but unlisted rather than password-protected, so anyone the link is forwarded to can read the post. We may remove a published post without notice if it breaches section 3 (Acceptable use) or applicable law.
