Auziplan launches September 2026 — start with the profit you want
Most business plans work forwards and hope the profit is acceptable. Auziplan works backwards from the profit you intend to earn and solves the business that delivers it.
By The Auziplan team

Auziplan opens to the public in September 2026, and the waitlist is open now. Here is what we built and why we built it the way round we did.
Forward plans start from a guess
The standard business plan begins with a sales forecast. You guess units, guess price, subtract costs you half-remember, and whatever profit falls out the bottom is the number you take to the bank. If it looks thin you nudge the sales figure until it doesn't. Everybody in the room knows this is what happened.
Auziplan inverts it. You state the net profit you intend to earn, and the model solves for the business that produces it — revenue, pricing, gross margin, headcount, rent, GST or VAT, company tax, loan servicing and equity dilution.
What comes out the other side
- A full P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow projection in yearly, monthly and weekly columns
- Statutory rates modelled per country — Australia, the US, the UK and Canada
- Industry benchmarks for margin, payroll load and operating cost ratios
- Click any figure to unpack the entries behind it, edit a row, and watch the plan re-solve
- A what-if slider from −50% to +200% on the profit goal, live
- Exit modelling, KPI scorecard, investor pitch deck and a branded PDF dossier
We built our own plan in it
Auziplan's own go-to-market model lives inside Auziplan: one revenue line, the A$39/month Pro subscription, ramping on an S-curve to 150 paying subscribers by month twelve. If the tool couldn't survive our own numbers it had no business in front of yours.
A plan is only useful if it survives the lender's first question. That question is almost never about revenue — it's about the assumption underneath it.
