Auziplan launches 1 January 2027 — start with the profit you want

Most business plans work forwards and hope the profit is acceptable. Auziplan works backwards from the profit you intend to earn and solves the business that delivers it.

Launch update: Auziplan is now planned to open to the public on 1 January 2027, replacing the previously announced October date. The waitlist remains open. Here is what we built and why we built it the way round we did.

Forward plans start from a guess

The standard business plan begins with a sales forecast. You guess units, guess price, subtract costs you half-remember, and whatever profit falls out the bottom is the number you take to the bank. If it looks thin you nudge the sales figure until it doesn't. Everybody in the room knows this is what happened.

Auziplan inverts it. You state the net profit you intend to earn, and the model solves for the business that produces it — revenue, pricing, gross margin, headcount, rent, GST or VAT, company tax, loan servicing and equity dilution.

What comes out the other side

  • A full P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow projection in yearly, monthly and weekly columns
  • Statutory rates, payroll loads and indirect-tax cycles modelled per country, not bolted on afterwards
  • Industry benchmarks for margin, payroll load and operating cost ratios
  • One Scenario Studio on the overview: move profit, margin, price or volume, then apply the result to the plan
  • Growth sensitivity — your filed case beside slower adoption and a retention shortfall, with the cash low point for each
  • A register of the licences, registrations and lodgements your business owes, with lead times flagged before they bite
  • Exit modelling, KPI scorecard, investor pitch deck and a branded PDF dossier you can download in one pass

We built our own plan in it

Auziplan's own go-to-market model lives inside Auziplan: a one-time 90-day Founder Pass and a recurring A$99/month Broker Practice offer, with the customer volumes explicitly treated as planning assumptions rather than proven demand. If the tool couldn't survive our own numbers it had no business in front of yours.

A plan is only useful if it survives the lender's first question. That question is almost never about revenue — it's about the assumption underneath it.

Where we are today

The public launch is planned for 1 January 2027. Readiness, registration and payment arrangements must be checked before opening; this announcement does not certify that those steps are complete. Join the launch list for updates.
