What belongs in a bank-ready plan dossier

A checklist of the documents lenders and investors expect, and how to assemble them without a week of copy-paste.

Applications stall on missing paperwork far more often than on weak numbers. This is the set that clears most desks.

  • Executive summary — one page, the ask and the use of funds up top
  • Assumptions register — every rate and benchmark, with its source
  • P&L, balance sheet and cash flow — monthly for year one, yearly thereafter
  • KPI scorecard — margin, break-even, interest coverage, runway
  • Funding structure — founder cash, debt terms, equity and dilution
  • Sensitivity analysis — the stressed case, shown voluntarily
  • Exit or repayment narrative — how the money comes back

Assemble, don't retype

Auziplan's Print Centre compiles the selected documents into one continuous, paginated dossier with your logo, a cover page and a consistent theme — every figure pulled live from the plan, so nothing goes stale between drafts.
